  • 02InspectOSShort-form Content SystemOpen case study

    Digital Marketing · Lisbon, Portugal

    01 / Context

InspectOS is a property inspection start-up in Lisbon, serving expats and first-time home buyers.

    02 / Challenge & approach

Property inspection is technical and easy to ignore. I made short-form videos that explain one small worry at a time, then built a reusable five-part script framework so each new idea could be written quickly and consistently.

    03 / Outcome

    Three example videos:

    04 / What I learned

A repeatable framework is worth more than a single good video: it turns content into something a team can keep producing.

    Brand & Visual Identity

    01 / Context

Brand identity systems for InspectOS, a property inspection start-up in Lisbon, and Rezerva, an editorial brand project.

    02 / Approach

For InspectOS, a technical and trustworthy direction: deep charcoal and teal as the core palette, warm off-white surfaces, and status colours for alerts, passes and premium tiers, with Sora, IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono. For Rezerva, an editorial, refined direction: ink on parchment with a gold accent, using Cormorant Garamond paired with DM Sans.

    03 / Deliverables

Logo marks, colour palettes, typography systems, UI components, usage guidance and application mockups, each documented as a single reference page.

    Social Media & Content Strategy

    01 / Context

Two ongoing freelance clients: PBF Sport, an independent sports brand, and Centro Óptico Gallardo, a local optical business communicating in Spanish.

    02 / Challenge & approach

Build visibility and a recognisable brand identity through consistent content rather than one-off posts. For PBF Sport, the focus is multimedia content and digital strategy with video as the main driver. For Centro Óptico Gallardo, the work is Spanish-language social content, carousel copy, captions and Reel scripts, with a clear, conversational voice.

    03 / Outcome

Reels, social posts, campaign pieces, carousels and captions produced and scheduled across channels.
